Your code review ends at the code. Nogu follows a proposed change further — into the customers, contracts, revenue and public promises it reaches — and, once you turn it on, posts the answer on the pull request before you merge.

One change, answered · an example

Switching model provider saves $18,400 a yearMargin, finds 38 regressions in 17 workflowsRelease for 284 accountsCustomers, and invalidates a public claimClaim.

No single tool in that sentence could have written it, and you would not have learned the last part until a customer did. Nogu answers all four before the change ships.

Company graph03

Connect once. Every Preflight gets sharper.

You authorise a system once. The Company Graph turns it into relationships — customer to subscription to feature to workflow to code to contract — and every Nogu system reads the part it needs. Preflight asks all of them at once.

One question

Is this change safe?

Nogu / Preflight04Flagship

GitHub tells you the code is safe to merge.

Nogu tells you the change is safe for the company. Propose one — a model swap, a price cut, a feature you want to remove — and every system that has something to say answers before you commit.

Pick a change. This is an illustration of a Preflight answer.

“17 workflows affected” is a fact about software. “$481K ARR exposed” is a fact about the company. Preflight always answers in the second register — and these seven rows are the same seven wherever you meet them.

Autonomy05

You do not have to ask.

A Preflight answers a question you brought. Most of what goes wrong in a company is something nobody thought to ask about. Once an owner turns it on, every pull request is checked without anybody asking, and the answer is posted on the pull request. Between pull requests, Nogu keeps re-reading what you connected and raises a finding when something stops being true.

A pull request is opened. Nobody asks Nogu anything.

No single tool could raise it

Your CI knows the code changed. Your contracts sit in a folder. Nothing joins them, so the answer does not exist anywhere until something walks both.

It reaches you, not a dashboard

Something critical is emailed the moment it is raised. Everything else arrives in one summary a day, and a quiet day sends nothing at all.

Silence has to be earned

Where Nogu can re-check a finding, it does before you are told, and one that no longer holds closes itself. Where it cannot, the message says when it was last seen true. Nogu would rather say less than say something stale.

One briefing a week

Owners and admins get one briefing a week, and a week with nothing to say sends nothing.

Nogu systems06

Ten products. One understanding of your company.

Each product reads a different part of the Company Graph. They ship at different times, and the register below says exactly where each one is.

Nogu MarginCore

Your provider bill is one number. It contains thousands of decisions.

Margin resolves every variable cost to the account, feature and model call that produced it, then shows which customers cost more than they pay, and what a model your team approved would save.

Nogu DriftCore

You depend on software you do not control, and it changes without asking.

Drift watches your vendors' APIs, changelogs, SDK releases, docs and pricing. When something moves, it works out whether your product actually touches it, and what breaks if you ignore it.

Nogu ProofCore

Sales moves faster than engineering. That gap becomes a contract.

Proof reads what your team commits to and checks each commitment against what the product does today — including running the capability in staging where that is possible.

Nogu PatchEarly access

Most of the distance between a complaint and a fix is translation.

Patch takes a ticket, reproduces it, writes the test that proves it, and proposes the change that makes the test pass. Once you approve it, it opens a draft pull request with the passing test attached.

Nogu / Margin07Core

Revenue isn’t profit.

Margin shows what each customer costs you to serve. Add your Stripe customer id to the calls you already make through OpenRouter, and every model call is recorded against the account that caused it. Connect Stripe and you see each customer’s margin every month.

Try it: select any account in the ledger. The panel walks the same path Margin walks internally.

  • Cost per customer, from each model call.
  • An email when a customer's margin drops below your line.
  • Suggestions only. Nogu never changes which model your traffic uses.

Acme Corp pays $199.00 a month and costs $112.11 to serve. Margin shows what a model your team has already approved would save on that account, before anybody changes anything.

Method09

Observe, understand, watch, preflight, act.

  1. 01

    Observe

Nogu reads the systems you authorise, and only those. Scopes are per source and revocable.

    8 sources · read-only where offered

  2. 02

    Understand

It builds the Company Graph: which account, feature, service, cost and commitment belongs to which.

    One graph per company

  3. 03

    Watch

It keeps reading after you connect, and raises a finding when it sees something you promised stop being true — without anybody asking.

    Told, not queried

  4. 04

    Preflight

A proposed change is put to every system that has something to say about it, and each one answers in business terms.

    Safe, review or block

  5. 05

    Act

Where a blocker has a fix Nogu can prepare, it prepares it; otherwise it records who accepted the risk. When the change deploys, the deploy is recorded against it.

    Approval required

Roadmap10

Every system you connect makes the next Preflight sharper.

Each ring is a distance from shipping, not a marketing tier. Three systems are running today. Four are in beta. One is in early access, and one is an experiment.

Running today
Margin, Drift and Proof run against real workspaces. Everything on this site that shows one of them shows what it actually does.
Beta
Release, Contract, Claim and Sunset are built and running, and short of the confidence Core carries. Each refuses honestly where it cannot see rather than reporting a pass. Verify ships with Contract and Claim and publishes what they already prove.
Early access
Patch is built and runs nothing until you give it a sandbox to run in. Nogu will not execute model-written code on its own host, so that account is yours to provide and its dashboard says so at the top.
Nogu Labs
Fork is a research direction. It may become a product, become part of another product, or be abandoned.

Nogu Units measure the automated work Nogu performs. A Preflight costs 10 units, plus 2 for each system it asks — 22 when it asks 6. You buy the analysis, not the machinery underneath it.

What are you about to change?

Connect the systems you already use, then ask Nogu before you ship it.

Ask for an invitation. A person reads every request and replies.
